About: Albany Health Campus / Fracture Clinic

(as a relative),

I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of our family for the care we received for my mother who broke her ankle early this year. She sings her praises of the ward nurses, fracture clinic reception and the orthopaedics team. The young orthopaedics doctor who has seen through the care of my mother has been marvellous and we wish him the best through his training.

Thank you for taking the time to share your mother’s experience of our services. We have shared your story with the Hospital’s leadership team as well as our nurse managers, administration managers and the orthopaedics team. In fact, we will share it with everyone later today as we have a daily safety meeting across the Great Southern and on Fridays we share a compliment that we have received in the last week.

I hope your mother is continuing to recover well.
